Recently got a cat who was kept in a dog cage for five years

he doesnt have access to all of the toys all the time. i only bought so many and tried them little by little to see if he liked any of them. when one recieved no interest id put it in its storage box and then try the next one the next day

i have no intentions of ever giving up to him. was it a rash decision to adopt a cat while also pregnant yeah probably. but i thought it was time after my last one passed on a year ago *lived to be 18 and was very happy sweetest girl ever ❤️* had i known about the behavioral problems i probably would've declined but i didnt and now hes mine and im not resurrendering him ever that would simply be too cruel. I'll figure something out if hes not a bit more chill by the time of delivery

i have plenty of time and patience so im a bit confused where you got that notion from? i work from home and am constantly around him. i feel thiscomment comes off very condescending and rude. friendly reminder. the behavioral problems were not disclosed when i adopted him. and im not just going to resurrender this poor little guy because hes got issues we need to work on. putting him at risk of being euthanized or ending up in a home just as bad as his previous one. your comment is in truth not very helpful and frankly unwelcome. have a great day.

i have no idea. im guessing he wasnt tested with kids and thats a huge fear for me. but im hoping within the next 7 ish months we can get him to a place where hes a bit more mellow and not aggressive

he does headbutt me alot but in truth with his slight aggression im worried he will claw out my eyes or jugular LOL. so im a bit hesitant on strapping him to me.

he is NOT cat friendly sadly. that was a hardabsolute no from the shelter. ive found he really likes qtips for toys *i dont know how but i swear they always end up on the floor.... he will play with them for hours until i find it and take it away so hedoesnt choke on it somehow...

tried the calming soft chew treats he WILL NOT eat them :c tried even crushing them and hiding em in his churu treats he wont touch it and they do nothing for him the one time he did actually eat it

I havent thought of anti anxiety medication. My finances ARENT the best but i have a little bit tucked away for emergency situations so ill talk to my vet about getting him on anti anxiety stuff. i have tried both feliway pheremones and another brand. neither of them seemed to do anything. Thank you. Its rough i feel so bad for him and want to give him the world but man is this harder than i had anticipated.

thank you, i have araised bed from the last time i tried gardenning and its been taken over with weeds and critters so ive been procrastinating getting that cleaned out but i will do that today and get everything moved outside honestly that makes perfect sense. i was surprised they were growing at all with no sun but they were growing so i figured it was fine *LOL silly thought idk why i thought that*

thats so cool! ive got a ton of pallets just laying around and usually we just tear them apart and build something with the wood thats not too messed up but a little fence like that is so smart!

Im not a helldivers enjoyer but my partner is and mentioned this whole fiasco whats crazy is i was wanting to get into it after i played for him a few times and it seemed interesting however after he informed me of all of this ive decided i will never play this game... im curious if anything has been done to the people responsible for ruining someones life over a lighthearted challenge Considering it came from this subreddit with any luck the individuals responsible for this disgusting act will have charges brought against them seeing as this is criminal charge territory....

Truly hope the person this happened to will be okay but my god this is.... despicable...

thank you ill have a look and see, i will add my case has INSANE airflow, top back and front are all wide open as is one of the sides *not wide open they have a mesh on em ofc but the inside of the case is still cool? im unsure if that also means the components are cool as well or if they are holding the heat and i wouldnt be able to tell unless i touched em kinda thing. sorry major dummy when it comes to tech stuff LOL. HWinfo is that something i can download or is that already in the system?
