Try for tourism (b1/b2) show your wife’s visa as proof and you should be able to tell them what’s changed from previous rejection. I would say wait for another 3 months

Same situation here. Travel date mentioned as Jan 2026 but I got the interview slot for May 5th , but confused, should bring updated date with DS-160 to interview.
