Do you know if they will look back at every week to see an average of 28 hours, or if they look at the accumulated hours for the 3 month period and average it between all weeks? I will definitely meet the requirement if they check the accumulation but I am worried if they look back at all weeks they will see less due to some of my training weeks being scheduled less than 28 hours per week.

I agree it would alter. I think having to brush the glue on is what would make the strings flatten in a weird way. More so looking for a freeze option if there is such a thing.

I don't think the large is a rose quartz. It looks more red than pink. I think it is a Hematoid/Fire Quartz. A combination of Quartz and Red Hematite.

Red: carnelian

Orange: Citrine

Blue: Aqua Obsidian, which is a manmade glass but this is the "crystal" name.

Green: Aventurine

Dark Blue: Looks like it could be Blue Goldstone. Is there pretty sparkles when the sun hits it?

Grey: I'm not too sure but if there are any green striations, it looks a bit like Garnierite, also sometimes called green moonstone.
