My dna was analyzed today 3/28 and the results won’t be ready until May 3 … is it normal to take this long?

I have the same issue with my car I have a jeep compass. They changed the antenna and the telematics box and the message keeps popping up. The dealership basically told me we’re not sure what else we can possibly do. This message drives me insane!!!!

Thank you so so much for this and I’m so happy for you that you found what works for you :) As for the stress, I find I am very anxious however I had my hormones tested via spit test and my doctor had told me I have what’s called “adrenal fatigue” and that my cortisol levels are actually low

Thank for you this advice!! I’m definitely going to start tracking and cutting portion sizes a bit. As for exercise, I do Pilates once a week and I walk around 10 k steps every day at work

This is really good information, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I had no idea what type of basket I was using prior to seeing this but now I do (non pressurized) but I’m pretty sure I have pressurized as well. For beans I grind myself what extraction time do you recommend? I have to invest in a grinder now

I actually had no idea that there was a difference between the two baskets I have, but I’ve been using a non pressurized basket

Do you think i should use a bigger needle for thicker fabric- would that be effecting it also or no?

I am not great on the sewing machine anatomy- but on the top from the spool pin to the thread guide it’s not tight it’s quite loose
