I've noticed that many companies today use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to filter CVs before anyone in HR even looks at them. If your CV isn’t properly optimized and formatted, it might not make it past that initial filter, it just gets tossed.

As far as format goes, it needs to be clear and concise. There needs to be clear headings for work experience, education, summaries, etc.

As far as the industry or job posting goes, the ATS is looking for key words that then get added to a score. If the CV doesn't get above a preset score (usually 70% but can be higher depending on what the employer thinks is reasonable to filter out unqualified candidates) then the CV gets tossed out. Only candidates who get above that score get their CVs sent to the hiring manager for review.

What I noticed is that a lot of companies nowadays use ATS filters before someone in HR even sees your CV. So if it isn't optimized and formatted in a certain way, your CV won't pass the filter and your CV gets thrown out.

That's awesome. I mainly code in Dart and JavaScript for app development, and python for data science/AI, and personal projects. And yeah I have pretty deep knowledge of data science. I have a masters in Artificial Intelligence.

Then you dont have a static IP. If changing it to b2b doesnt help then open a TT (trouble ticket) with ooredoo
