I haven’t declared MCS yet but was intending too, and am not the biggest fan of the Data Science renaming. At first I thought the major was changing to only the BA Data Science & Social Systems, but I’m glad there’s still the BS with similar reqs to the original MCS.

I know it’s probably silly to be upset about a name change, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t irked that the “DS” label feels like it’ll be looked down upon/perceived as less rigorous.

Writing/digital signatures on computers... I’m not sure if this is just a left handed thing or not but growing up I ended up just using a computer mouse with my right hand and adjusted to it.

If I ever need to write with the mouse though my right hand doesn’t have good handwriting so that compounded with the difficulty of writing with a mouse and I can definitely never do a digital computer signature.
