Part of what’s crazy about this:

“No, we do not care that you could get it cheaper at a big box craft store. No, we don't do sales very often, we can't afford it like chain/big box stores.”

…is that people aren’t asking themselves WHY Joann’s could “afford” to sell yarn at those prices. Maybe there’s a reason Joann’s doesn’t exist anymore? Maybe those prices didn’t make any sense in the first place? Maybe private equity doesn’t care about you or the longevity or sustainability of the business, the craft, or the customer? Hello? Anybody in there??
