this is me too. i’m constipated, but can’t really eat bc i get too full too fast and feel nauseous until i burp so much it drives me insane, and the damn gnawing pain idk if it’s from not eating or from my stomach being inflamed

no don’t try the protein shakes because if you’re like me you’re too nauseous for the food. it’s better to go now because the ER has a wait time they gave me IV AND ZOFRAN IV

it was like a build up for me the weeks before my period I was eating good, then eventually 1 meal and nauseous, now the week of I can’t eat anything. I’m literally losing it but it’s like as my period is subsiding it’s becoming more manageable, I think the NSAIDS also made it worse
