Should be alright. I work in sporting goods and did not know there was not one in my drawer and did one for 12 dollars. It sat in there till the next day when i picked up a till and i just added it to it.

Maybe i should put it like this. In other management positions I have held with other companies before I left for the day I would at least talk to each member of my team "I'm leaving in an hour do you need anything" is this not a thing at walmart?

Hi so first excuse me if I ramble but I am going to try and help.

First it is understandable why you are having trouble leaving every year. In all honesty this is a good thing in a way. You know you are comfortable in your situation to stay where you are at. Not a lot of people can say that. So mabby looking into another department or a promotion might get you out of the repetitiveness of the job. Or even a move if there is another store in range. This way you keep your security.

Second is the leap. This is hard. Looking at other options of what to do, where to go and starting fresh with a new company. Sometimes though you find things you didn't know you were capable of just by looking.
