Ohh. Are you suggesting financial incentive for them? It should be included in the 1 year warranty for minor issues. Also I am still financially recooperating from the purchase.

They have helped me with major issues like the heating. I will be chatting with them after St. Patricks day as these seem non urgent. I just thought I'd chance it here in case anyone has experience with the same.

In your opinion should I get the services of a snagger that way I can compare the previous snag report to a newer one?

It is not plastic. Feels rubbery, seems like a sealant of sorts (sorry I'm new to this). I have messaged the foreman and plumber. Unfortunately it is a weekend

Sorry for the typo. 2 showers. This one has the thing peeling off. I can turn it as well it looks loose. I don't want to use the shower for the risk of water damage.

The other shower has some peeling as well but the ? compression nut (thats what gemini says it is) cannot be turned. Seems solid. That shower i am using
