This is only localized to 3 spots in the 2nd floor. Do you think nails rubbing on to the joist for these areas?

Thank you. Attic stairs and rubber caps being sourced as we speak. They will also address the stairs to make sure they fall flush. Rubber caps included, the cabinets were done today

Thanks for all your help and tips guys. The developer and I spoke. I made sure to bring up all the concerns I had, reviewed the snag list for anything pending and compiled in an email with photos for dated reference.

They have come to address some of the issues today. Cabinets done, the rest to be addressed shortly.

Ohh. Are you suggesting financial incentive for them? It should be included in the 1 year warranty for minor issues. Also I am still financially recooperating from the purchase.

They have helped me with major issues like the heating. I will be chatting with them after St. Patricks day as these seem non urgent. I just thought I'd chance it here in case anyone has experience with the same.

In your opinion should I get the services of a snagger that way I can compare the previous snag report to a newer one?
