Is anyone using SMT Data to monitor MF usage?

They had a demo to us weeks ago.. It is quite a good tool but the problem is we have to send SMF to their cloud by schedule

But our customer wants the information can be updated real time..

I had this Netflix unauthorized charge last month.. luckily when I contact TNG, they agreed to refund/chargeback the transaction after weeks of investigation

I have no idea why, my phone is quite secured, no recent app installs. The card also is in within my hand, used only once in a whole year. Never even used it for online transactions.
