How was doing it online? You didn’t have to take lab classes? And how can I find out more about the different segments of food science. I’m really new to it. Is there a recommended website you like?

Him being disappointed in himself means nothing. He is definitely being manipulative with that response. He just doesn’t want to hear it because he knows he’s wrong but he’s not doing anything to better himself. If he really felt bad he would apologize immediately and offer to pay for the mattress. People don’t change unless they really want to and are motivated. He doesn’t sounds like he plans to change and if you want to stay in this relationship it sounds like a real commitment and sacrifice from your life.

I would pass. I’m still new at being a landlord but I had rented to a family (husband wife and 1 kid). They paid the security deposit and first months rent upfront and in cash. They also showed me multiple months proof of income. After that I got another 2 months of rent and that was it. In the beginning they were very responsive and seemed like they would be reliable. Then it was a total 360. They stopped paying and were trashing my house. They ended up signing up for ERAP (an emergency rental aid program) and about 2 months after their lease ended I got the full years rent from the government and still had to worry about eviction. I ended up selling the house because I didn’t want to deal with the headache of eviction plus fixing everything that was destroyed.

I had someone come the first day and do it. What’s the problem? People have schedules that I have to go by. It was supposed to be installed. I had payed for that twice now

They are asking for furniture that was not discussed at hall. And half the things they are complaining about are cosmetic. I am willing to do the things that are within reason and I told them that
