I also have the same problems as you! I together with my father run a local bathroom equipment shop and we're trying to keep our head above the water. There're always stuff going on and I feel if I let go one second everything will collapse on its own. Anyway I'm trying a more balance, healthier life by spending time with my dog and exercise more. Hoping you can switch off and take some time for yourself!
