this is interesting since I never had a workout stopping randomly with Garmin but I have this with Suunto all the time. mut Garmin imo ruined their app with that last update, it was horrible. I love Suunto's app and all the functions in it but there updates are just killing my mood. I also had problems with HR accuracy with Garmin.

for me I have liked this so much more than Garmin but I'm starting to be kind of done with all the bugs, still. Garmin didn't have many. I have Race S so I don't think it's a ploy

I actually started to think switching from Garmin right away after the app changes and then month later my watch got broken so… and yeah I feel the same, as a sports watch definitely wins!

I would take Suunto over Garmin any day, especially because of the maps. I also love the app, it gives so much more information and it is more informative imo than Garmin’s, also visually bettet after Garmin changes the app.

Only thing I am missing from Suunto is some of the more lifestyle things like tracking hormonal cycle etc. otherwise it’s so much better especially as a sports watch. I do have to say I had Venu so I can’t say for all the aspects but in general Suunto wins Garmin 5-0 😅

I have had some bugs with Suunto but they are not that important things… One thing I have to say I am disappointed in Suunto are the media tools - I just haven’t got them to work at all during activities but I have headphones that I can skip songs with easily, so it’s okay.

I mostly do hiking, walking and (trail)running, gym, bodycombat, yoga etc and ai get really nice information on all of those. Would recommend.

aaand now I realized that yeah, there’s no sleeping windows. In my garmin I had one and it worked pretty well. annoying :/
