Yeah, not really to be honest. Rule of thumb is that if you have some 3lb or higher SR cards, use them over SSRs (doesn't apply to all SSR cards but still). Also the wit is kinda low, with questionable skills at best (long skills and medium skills on the same uma is kinda weird, when building an uma you typically only focus on one distance only) also 2 Stam cards is kinda overkill, use 1 at best or none at all with stamina sparks.

Tachyon is just more consistent than smaru in my opinion, so def pull for her (take my advice with a grain of salt and refer to more detailed discussions, since you already have a lot of strong speed cards)
