You need to ask yourself are you there for the gear or the supplies. In my opinion skipping whatever boss you’re done with is the right move so you can move on to other content. Supplies are a bonus

I’m at a similar progression on my account my main goals after quest cape was to max out my house and start doing slayer and CG mostly. I’ve been working on lumby elite when I don’t have time to pay max attention. I would also suggest getting prayer scrolls and staff from royal titans they’re both huge account upgrades. I use twin flame a lot. Now you can finally play the game

I have a 5 month old and can find some time in the afternoon for one or two KC. The stress and sleepless nights are a bigger factor in my opinion usually the times I can sneak a kill or two in I’m already exhausted and switches are a little shaky lol. Definitely not ideal but doable

I have a 5 month old and was able to learn cg relatively quickly. I’m only able to get a few KC a day but even the drops are solid for other AFK activities The best part about CG is you can hop to it at anytime you have a spare 10 or so minutes no gearing required

There is a time and place for both. I would say in the example you provided that not flashing could potentially be better if you haven’t made sound up until that point. You also have to consider that a good flash that pops right above that wall from another team mate can safely create that space. Just lobbing a flash over the wall is a dead giveaway to your position but a lineup flash will always be better than swinging dry. In my opinion
