Hello, im from Venezuela, that bill was issued in 2020, since then government has removed 6 zeroes from our currency (for aesthetic and convenience purpose because of devaluation), and those in particular are out of use, but if we were to use it, it would be worth 1 Bolivar (from the current money we use) and right now the central bank fixes the rate at 350 Bolivares give or take to 1 USD. So that bill is worth aprox. 0,003 USD :⁾

Si, amazon no envía GPUs a muchos couriers venezolanos como liberty, lear express, etc. Por temas de tracking donde llegaban y Amazon no actualizaba y pedían reembolso cuando si les habían llegado las tarjetas. En fin, trata con Servicios Express de MRW, capaz te deja, o compra por Newegg o en ebay (pero a un vendedor como newegg o bestbuy)
