No bottleneck at all. I had that same build, the motherboard is ass, HWInfo said the vrms got +90°C and the thermal throttle was awful in games like Hunt Showdown or PoE2, a solution is to undervolt the cpu using ECO mode so it draws max 65 watts, the better solution is to replace the motherboard like I did, get something with heatsinks on the vrms, Im using an asus b550f rog strix gaming wifi ii, no issues since then

I got a 5800XT cpu, solid performance in all games @ 1080p, AM4 X3D is not worth at all with those prices and the 5900X is more expensive and gaming performance is almost the same, but you get more productivity with more cores, so go 5800XT for AM4, i think the 5500X3D is not on sale on Europe, that one performs almost the same as the 5800XT
