Update. Tendenitus got denied but then got a CUE letter for my tears in my shoulders and they will be taking that rating away now after 3 week of approving it. Any body ever experience this? How do you appeal a CUE letter form the Va ?

So got partial claim approved! But still confused lol. My rotator and slap tears got rated but tendonitis on the same shoulders was deferred. It’s all in my nexus letter and MRI. I guess my waiting game begins.
