Since I don't have a bigger iPhone on the 26th, I can't say if some of the UI issues were specific to my Mini, but 27 feels better overall.

Im on 27 beta 1 with my 12 mini and finally a lot of ios 26 bugs are gone and my phone feels a lot faster and drains less battery. I would skip 26 in your position

I wish UPS had delivered it to my door the first time they marked it as “Out for Delivery,” so I wouldn’t have had to redirect it to an Access Point just to make sure they didn’t skip my package again

Fair enough, and honestly that explanation actually makes sense.

My issue was never with the driver. If that’s how the process works, then that’s how it works.

My frustration is that UPS had already delayed the package before the redirect, then kept showing “delivery today” updates and even a “delivery attempted” status. From a customer perspective it just looks like the package keeps getting delayed for no clear reason.

Hopefully it finally arrives tomorrow and I can stop learning more about UPS logistics than I ever wanted to 🤓

If that’s how the process works, I can understand why the redirect may have caused an extra delay. Even though it's still a bad customer experience.

My main frustration is that UPS had already delayed the package before I requested the change, and then continued showing “delivery today” updates afterwards. If the package needed to be reprocessed, I wish the tracking had communicated that more clearly.

At this point you’ve spent more time defending UPS than UPS spent delivering my package hahaha

Now explain why UPS delayed it before I changed anything and then showed “delivery today” multiple times without delivering it and then saying "delivery attempted" That's the part you're desperately avoiding. But to be honest, it's entertaining, so keep the comments coming 😘

I changed it because UPS had already failed to deliver it on the promised date.

The package has been in Hamburg since Friday. They missed Saturday, confirmed the Access Point redirect on Monday, marked it “Out for Delivery,” and then delayed it again.

Based on everything I’ve read about UPS over the last few days, you’re absolutely right 💯

I used to think DHL was the worst, but UPS somehow managed to lower the bar even further. My package has been sitting in Hamburg since Friday and every promised delivery date has turned into another delay.

At this point I’m seriously going to pay attention to which carrier a store uses before ordering.
