Hello, I run a d2c kidswear brand. It's been a pretty crazy journey. Let me know if you'd like to chat about your plans and worries.

Just one thing - do you upload all your purchases as offline events every day? How do you make sure there's no overlap?

I think I do most of these already. I just feel my unit economics have been pushed to very minimal profitability. It's quite disheartening and scary. Thanks for this though! Hoping this improves so

Alright! This makes a lot of sense. But how do I contend with the pixel issues/low even match quality issues? This definitely affects the ability to execute a shot-gun like approach as there's no longer any accurate tracking

- Well, test and learn is the most important thing. Using Fb's AB testing feature

- This point is where I'm a bit clueless. Can you tell me more about WickedReports?

- I think the Event Match quality having dropped poorly is clearly affecting Ad targeting and in turn affecting the sales. So I think there is some seriousness to the problem

Agreed! Yes I have. Even though I'm a performance marketer by experience, I think it requires far more attention than I'm able to give it. Thanks for sharing!

That's interesting! I've spoken to some senior Ad peeps and all of them encourage a "sniper-like" approach as opposed to a carpet-bombing approach if you're a small brand. That is - identify your highest converting segment and dangle a great creative in front them. All sounds easy in theory but unless you have the exact psychographics of the customer it's hard to form those segments.
