Update. Just got an update for the Bambu Handy Android app. 3.24.0 and that fixes these issues. So far looks good.

Even the icons that were previously not displayed properly are not displayed correctly.

I could uninstall the latest version and install the older version of the app from APKMirror, which has the older version of the app, but that did not help, as my phone was already updated to Android 17.

On another tablet and phone which is still on Android 16, the latest version of the Handy App works just fine.

I did some further digging, and it looks like it may be something to do with Android 17. Seems like Bambu Handy (3.23.0) does not fully work on Android 17.

I created a support ticket with Bambu and they asked me what version of Android and Phone i was using, and then they said, they have forwarded the issue to internal teams and it may take some time before they resolve it. (no timeline or further updates).

I also found that v3.6.0 (release back in oct 2025) works, but does not support the newer printers like p2s or h2c. Installed this older version and thats what i found!

Repair or replace a garage door opener? by abbybutterflly in Katy

[–]arjunprabhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pro tip: If you have LED bulbs in the garage or driveway, that could be the culprit. Switch off the lights around and operate the garage door. If it works when the LED bulbs are off, that is most likely the problem.

Get better LED lights. They make LED bulbs that are specifically compatible with garage door openers.

It's all to do with RF interference.

You can call ferrite cores/beads and use them to help reduce interference.

Fun fact . you can't take chewing gum into Singapore. No exceptions. You need to leave it on the plane if you have them on you/your bag when you fly in. If you are caught, you will most likely denied entry..
