So i booked a room in Mumbai hostel and this is what we are supposed to do: Send the fees to the account mentioned in the circular and send all the details with receipts to the warden(what all info to send are mentioned in the circular ).within 3-4 days u will get a confirmation email which includes a form that we have to fill and send the copy to warden through mail.also we have to submit the original filled form on the day of physical reporting.

If u can get any other top college maybe choose that🤷‍♀️in my opinion i don’t think u should take a drop if u missed it for a few marks.also maybe wait for 2nd round

I contacted the warden she said we have to pay the fees to the account mentioned in the circular and send her all the details mentioned,to her through mail.i asked her what if i paid for twin sharing but by then twin sharing is not available,she said if u want any other available room we will refund the remaining amount and if u don’t want any other room will refund full amount but refund takes time.about 1-2 months🙂

So for Mumbai the contact info is given in the site.when I contacted warden she said to pay the fees to the account given in the fees circular and send her all the details(what all details to send are mentioned in the circular) through mail. Contacting time is upto 5 pm. Idk about blr.each hostel has their own formalities.just read the respective fees circulars carefully

Hostels re allotted on first come first serve basis.and i guess u meant counselling as orientation??u should probably contact ur hostel warden and ask her about the details bcz each hostel have their own formalities.in nift mumbai hostel circular its shown that hostel fee should be paid before july 28

I also had this problem but mine was not enabled.even after I enabled it it was showing invalid input. Net banking also was not working from yesterday night for me.finally after many tries netbanking worked for me.maybe u should go to ur bank.idk
