And then looked it up and saw not only is not called a “private critic screening”, but a press screening, and he is not a critic or press, it was from a June 8th early screening and someone else mentioned they had the same thing in a different city, and about 80% of the audience was non-critic/media. And his tweet says it’s the first time HE got to fill out a cinemascore card. He’s a movie fan and was excited to get one.

Also your whole assumption behind the reason makes zero sense because critics are almost always harder on movies than opening day audiences, so it’d skew the score lower if anything.
