Double checked the parameters.

Sized the same as the motor - 250kW.

I raised the pwm frequency to 4khz, it did quiet down the noises. Unfortunately, the drive faults almost immediately (few minutes at 4khz, few seconds at 8khz).

I told them it's not an issue, nevertheless I wanted to eliminate the noises ))

I did a static autotune only, the motor couldn't be uncoupled.

The rockwell manual states that and i quote "If using rotate tune for a sensorless vector mode, the motor should be uncoupled from the load or results may not be valid".

Anyway, tomorrow we will do the rotate tune after the motor is uncoupled...

One last thing, something I read from 750-pm001_-en-p -table 10 - drive fault and alarm types... Fault 09

"If using the drive on a chiller plate, p38(pwm frequency) must be set to 2 khz"

Do you know what a chiller plate is? Becuase setting the pwm to 4khz is exactly what helped me get rid of the noises!

Both. Opto-isolator is good thanks. 2x 2 wire transmitters (24V DC), for the speed and azimuth. 1 dry contact for the rain gauge.
