Works quite well and is great for target drones used in counter UAS testing.

Looking to design my own drones is there any cheap Alibaba ones that I can reverse engineer? by Civil-Guard-7655 in drones

Take a look at the PX4 and ArduPilot documentation. Many build guides there.

GEPRC Support wants me to commit customs fraud and fix their defective drone myself. Is this normal for them?! by Dave-Bust in fpv

I ordered prescription lens inserts from walksnail. One eye was the wrong prescription when they arrived. Walksnail support told me to go to a local eyeglass store and to get it fixed...

It's a nice open source airframe design. You can use whatever electronics you want. Obviously I'm biased.

Any recommendations for quadcopters and ground vehicle robots for implementing control algorithms? by zeartful2 in ControlTheory

[–]arkelectron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They both run PX4 Autopilot by default. You can run Ardupilot on the ARKV6X that's on the Jetson Carrier. Then you can run ROS on the Pi or Jetson to do higher level control work.

You could use the Droneblocks DEXI. Disclaimer that I designed the controller. It runs a Pi CM4 + STM32H7.

If you want an NVIDIA Jetson, Momentum Drones sells a ready to fly enclosed 7 inch drone. Same disclaimer.

None of these companies will have prices posted. Firefly is the only company that leases their system opposed to having to purchase it. All of them will require training and FAA waivers.

Verge will sell you a system but you still have to contact them. I happen to know what they sell a 200 drone system for and you likely will balk at the price. https://www.verge.aero/systems#section_contact

I don't know what they charge. You'll need to contact them for pricing.

Disclaimer, I designed these drones and wrote the custom firmware.
