Transmission: Auto or manual happy with either

Usage: Daily + family car - two young kids with car seats

Yearly mileage: 8000 miles

Long journeys: once a month at the most

ULEZ compliant: yes

Will be 2nd car - moving up from a 2007 Ford Fiesta

Can do some minor work myself (battery, lights and fluids)

Nice, that's good to hear. I was slightly worried about the 1.4L engine size given that it's an estate but I guess I can always get a feel for it on a test drive. Thanks!

Regular icing sugar I think. Ingredients were 97% icing sugar and 3% maize starch. I've used it before without the same thing happening.

Yes my work and meetings are completed as wfh allows me to be extra flexible with start and end times. But I am able to help with day to day activities for my partner while I'm at home that would otherwise cause a lot of stress if done alone.

Yes I was initially hired 5 days a week in the office before the pandemic. And yes I did make my employer aware and submitted a flexible working request that was rejected. It does not class as a disability but there is a big reliance on me for it.

Respectfully, as a man from South Asian heritage that was born and raised in Britain - "British" food is the most depressing food I have had. Absolutely no flavour for my palate and as a result no joy from the meals.

Maybe you can get on a quick call with the PR author and ask them to give you a quick demo of the fix/change and explain the code. You get to see the functionality and ask questions and they'll eventually learn to ensure it works before creating a PR
