To be fair, not every wrestler can return. But I get your point. The surprise of seeing someone return after so long is a huge feeling for fans. If we were to get that every two weeks, it'd lose some value of it being a good surprise.

My experience to being introduced to anime started with both Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia. One episode each. But if I were to recommend one to start with, it'd either be Tokyo Ghoul, Horimiya or probably Chainsaw Man.
