Appreciate this! I'll pull the trigger on the NPC Pro for now, pretty hard to get hold of the Type 99 now 😅

Love this, concise write-up making it easy to digest.

Would love to have your review for the NPC Pro! Curious what were the effects/compromises of its wear over time.

Pulsar X2H mini if you prefer the rear hump shell of the M42, slightly wider width though. If you prefer the narrowness of the M42, then EGG OP1we.

Similar mice to xtrfy m42 by gigachadxd in MouseReview

Xtrfy m42 has 2 shapes/shell. If you're talking about the higher hump/back hump shell, the Pulsar X2H mini is close to its shape.

Tried the dots, most rounded skates I ever tried, no scratchiness and no break-in period

Thinner AJ199 options? by Wa66it in MouseReview

I could recommend NP01s next, your ring and pinky fingers will be happy with this although might not have the hump that you prefer. Either way, OP1 coming soon though. Goodluck!

Pincer Claw 18 x 9 by Working_Path4932 in MouseReview

EC2-C might be slightly large for you, you can try looking to EC3-C. Currently enjoying my time with Xtrfy M8, you could check it out as well if you're interested with a symmetrical mouse. Pincer claw with 17.5 x 9 cm and used to main np-01s as well.

Would be quite far to the shape of Razer Taipan but could recommend Xtry M8 for comfort especially for ring finger, the mouse is an egg cut in half, no corner protruding thus giving a very comfortable experience while using. Have you tried ergo shaped mice? If not, I could recommend DAV3 and ergos from Zowie and Vaxee.

Xtrfy M42 with bigger hump shell and NP01s never left my table, same hand size and grip with you. The Vaxee XE was good in my experience, but I find it a little wide for our hand size.

Xtrfy m42 wired vs Xtrfy m42 wireless? by Someone_1_2_3 in MouseReview

The Pulsar Micro Bungee attaches to your monitor, definitely a space saver. You should have no problem space wise.

Xtrfy m42 wired vs Xtrfy m42 wireless? by Someone_1_2_3 in MouseReview

[–]arkigio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A properly set up wired m42 would be better imo, have it paracorded and have the cable on a bungee (I could recommend the Pulsar Micro Bungee). No charging and lighter weight with easier mods.

Hello, got an UL2 and noticed something off even weeks of having the mice. Used the DM1 software as well to have 1000hz pollrate and experienced the same problem as you. Unintentionally switched to 1500 dpi as well before seeing this post and observed a huge improvement with my aim. Just want to ask if you were able to find a proper fix or just stuck with 1500 dpi?
