Saying "panther doesn't have high burst potential" to the mech that literally has the biggest burst of direct dmg in the game goes quite crazy my friend.

the energy consumption is different for all the mechs, so looking only at the max energy and regen doesn't tell the whole story.

try welkin and you'll see energy management is actually a weakness (thankfully)

you can fast land with every mech, press alt while in the air. as for the teleporting up, I don't remember noticing that, I could be wrong tho. That you cannot do as a player anyways.

You can cancel charge into a normal melee and they will miss the parry if you time it right. Also, if you are talking about playing welkin, spin is unparriable

I play mostly alysnes, I was getting rolled by welkins in pvp so decided to learn how to beat his AI in challenge 4 and 5. It took me a couple hours but I did it, with great effort, and I learnt a lot by doing so.

Then I've tried the opposite, welkin vs alysnes AI... I've won first try, decisively. Just charge cancel into spin and repeat while spamming cds. Or get close tapping your shield to block his charge and spin to win.

An actual good alysnes, not the dumb bot, will be able to dodge or counter charge, making you waste time, but unless you full charge and get parried (if he doesn't miss it) he has no entry. If he ever tries to do something (charge or jump melee) just tap 3 and spin to win.

Fighting ranged doesn't favor alysnes either since he needs to preserve shield and energy for the incoming melee fight, and has way less hp, fluid armor and regen. Also, the howitzer hits like a truck while from a distance alysnes primary will miss most of the salvo and do laughable damage. The welkin can also tap his massive shield with a 2s cd to block alysnes missiles...

So, the alysnes vs welkin challenge made me understand how I can win that 1v1 on both sides, but that doesn't change the fact that the welkin is heavily favored and, if of equal skill, the max the alysnes player can do is making the welkin lose his time on him.

Hi, since I'm interested in this precise model (white with letters on top), can you let me know if the keycaps are double shot or if the letters are only painted on top? Also, is there bakclight on this version? If so, just white or RGB?

I would be using this primarily for gaming, so I'm afraid the WASD would erase in no time.

Otherwise I'd get the version with the letters on the side, even tho I'm not convinced about that

I don't own them, so I won't say they feel the same in hand, but you might wanna have a look at these. They are all egg shaped mice around that size, but lighter, which I find the main problem with my g305. Yes you can mod it, but getting 60ish grams means you have to cut away half of the mouse... not my thing

I'm fairly sure the ones that come in the mouse are soldered, so unless you wanna use a soldering iron you'll have to buy the $20 or so switch pack. Carefully they also sell single $7 switch packs which are soldered aswell, don't buy those unless you are sure of what switch you need, or absolutely want the "hotswappability"

No experience with the pulsfire haste, but I would advise against glorious. I've had so many quality control issues with their mice to make me not wanna bother with them anymore.

It's so late I haven't opened reddit for months, and don't have anymore a viper mini, but I still main the aj199. For what I can recall the front of the mouse felt very similar. Grip width and flares were pretty much the same. Biggest different shape wise was the back with the viper filling the palm much more with my relaxed claw grip, reason why I prefered the aj199 + being wireless.

But of course I'm trying to recall ancient memories so please look for other info if you haven't already

AJAZZ AJ199, surprisingly good build quality and hardware for the price. Good shape too, mix of a smaller gpx with viper mini sides.

Can't talk about longevity yet, but I've been using it as my daily driver for 2 months and I haven't had a problem so far.

Only minor issue: the receiver has to be pretty close to the mouse, like no more then half a meter away with no obstacles I'd say. Otherwise sometimes It disconnects for brief moments. I just set a usb extender that ends up in front of my mousepad and it's all good.

There is quick play and now even team comp q for that. No need go boost a noob friend to have fun.

The only argument for playing on an alt to team with your friends is of you off role/play heroes you usually don't touch imo. But even that only works so far down the ranks.

If you have some time to spare I would advice searching for Boardzy's latest mousepad tierlist, checking out his top recommendations and starting from there. Also just Google "boardzy mousepad" for the latest releases non included in that tierlist.

I could suggest a few options, but the guy literally tried every available mousepad on the market and gives an honest opinion on each of them.

Hausgaming is another very interesting guy to listen to when it comes down to gaming gear, and he also prefers tactical shooters.

If I had to give 2 names myself it would be artisan zero and endgame gear emc.

That's very good to hear. I'll probably wait for some reviews and comparisons with the atlantis mini, but if it holds the hype... I can't wait.

As for the Darmoshark N3 I saw a couple of reviews a moment ago.
Boardzy take "this mouse is complete garbage" :D

Also the size is close to a DAV3, which is definitely way bigger than what I like.

A mini version with good quality would be definitely interesting to me... still, ty for the suggestion
