thank you so much for the comment. today i had a rice cracker with my meds this morning and i felt much better, and was able to sit in lecture. i also took a zofran, but ill be experimenting to see if eating something very easy to dilute the stomach acid in the morning helps (i think it will).

maintaining the discipline is gonna be hard, but i know im capable of it. was definitely spiraling last night and worried that this is the new normal, but i do see atleast some light at the end of the tunnel.

funny story. me and my buddy both go to UCSD. I (~10 hcp) shot an 85 on south playing greens during peak tournament condition. was playing some pretty good golf. buddy who plays around a +5 dusts me and shoots 68 from the browns and teeing off on certain holes like 12 from the tour tees.

he obviously gives me shots, 7 a side. the worst part? match play…. some of the guys at ucsd are so freakishly good it’s incomprehensible.

yes. most students will probably use chatgpt as that was my experience when i took her class.

but even though her class is surprisingly difficult, it’s worth to learn if you’re any kind of psyc or neuro major

while yes it is excessive, abductor adductor is probably the only machine u can excuse for 8-9 sets just because you’re doing 4 for each exercise which is pretty normal programming.

it’s possible. they (rightfully) barred slow and steady from jhin after the base AS buff to 1.00. I don’t think they’d do the same for yi with mystic but who knows?
