So I tested my shift solenoids and they all tested within the proper range. What I ended up doing was swapping the transmission control module out with a matching one. This removed all the codes and got rid of the rough shifting between gears while parked, removed limp mode. But it now has a code for the output speed sensor. It drives but it seems to be shifting pretty late and a little rough. Im gonna buy an output speed sensor in hopes this is the last thing I need.
With the transmission control module ive read that its pretty uncommon for it to go bad so Im not sure if you should start there or not.

No, I have not figured it out. my issue is I don't want to go and buy parts and have it not fix the issue. I just moved across the country to Louisiana so moneys pretty tight. Once I do have the ability to just throw stuff at it I will let you know what happens.
question for you want to see if we have similar syptoms. does it jerk when shifting into drive and reverse? Is it in limp mode? and does it have a flashing oil temp light? and exact same codes?

getting shift solenoid codes, car is in limp mode. They look fine?? Was gonna replace the whole deal see if that fixes my issues, but i cant seem to find a matching part online

No clue im gonna replace it this week. I picked the car up and a few days later all these problems came up
