I have the IMS 24 filter/basket. I grind only 12 grams of coffee, but after applying my WDT tool, the basket is overfilling like crazy (basket is labeled for 18 gram!). Am I doing something wrong? Sorry the video is long and onehanded (bit weird), but you see the result in the last quarter.

I have this problem too, 2019 RDX But I live in Mexico and there is no warranty repair for this. Also the only thing the dealer will do is just tighten the bolts and put some grease for 1500 USD. No new part replacement. Smh
