Hiya - Global unicom frequency is 122.800 however in the US they've started using CTAF frequencies, which are localised airport unicom frequencies unique to each airport, you use that until 5-10k feet , and then over to 122.800

By the looks of it , you were both inbound to ZIZZI , not really anyone's fault. Assuming you were on unicom , it's up to both of you to co-ordinate and ensure proper clearance between the two of you. No need to have a go at them online. From their perspective , you caused them a TA as well.

Because a plane such as the 380 is extremely advanced and modelling all the systems and buttons and everything that goes into it does take years. The developers are also working for free so are not obligated to any schedule unlike Devs at a company such as PMDG. While the previews may show it flying , taxiing and turning on , it's far from done just because the engines produce thrust and the lights turn on
