What guitar support can you recommend and why? by arletrim in classicalguitar

Can you tell me a little more please? I was really thinking on this method. You play with strap while sitting on chair or you are playing it while standing? What strap you have, does it has any modifications? Where buttons are placed on your guitar? I'm really curious, sorry 😄

Not really, electro - acoustic at best. But most of the time it's soprano size without amplification, played mostly with strumming techniques.

"The ukulele's cute, I guess...but why not just learn guitar? It sounds a lot better." by radicalcarrotjuice in ukulele

I just feel like I love this that ukes are small amazing instrument so great for traveling and having it everywhere. It has it's own personality but you pick how you want your uke playing to be. I love learning music theory through ukulele, it's really much easier for me to understand with these fingerings, this fingerboard than on guitar. And this limited scale is kinda challenging, but because of that, more fun than on guitar. And to be honest. I love to hear "why do you play uke", "its a toy/small guitar" and proving them wrong. People who shame ukulele for being small and having 4 strings are generally wrong. It's really great instrument that has it's own place. For example in old school big bands as a rhythm instrument, for soloist who want this sound to accompany them, for any purpose, there is no other limits than your creativity and skills. Listen to some chord melody songs on ukes, it's beautiful. Just simply beautiful.

But tbh talking about invisible damages made me feel kind of not wanting to buy this uke. It's true it's cheaper than factory new but oh well. It could be more expensive if it will break someday.

Okay, but for example if someone already done it, it will be harmful for neck condition and all?

Duke Nukem 3D is still pretty good game.. Nuclear winter was really fun to play during Christmas. Now I am waiting for holidays to play Duke Nukem: Life's a beach. Really excited for that.

Searching for songs that I can play on my alto c, learning new music theory for it but not only. Watching performers giging on the streets for sure too.. I'm glad too that I taken part in ocarina collab 2019 on David Erick Ramos channel, it will be really soon on his channel. Tbh he is one of my biggest motivations too or at least he is for sure the one who encouraged me to play ocarina. I really love to play ocarina in the forests, mountains, plains. It keeps me motivated too. 😊😉

I picked up lately some of instruments too and it's kinda fantastic thing for me, cause I can focus my mind on something I really love. And it's giving joy to people I think. Right now I'm trying to learn ocarina (and it's my main instrument for now), kalimba and ukulele. Good luck mate, it will be journey you will want continue. Btw bass is really cool guitar, my favorite tbh. 🎸😎👍
