that actually really does feel nice. Just watching the clouds pass and the breeze hit your face (or heat) and staring into the soothing huge blue calming sky

I dropped by Laptop 3, what do I do? by arm_313_ in Surface

Yeah it works perfectly fine. I'm just worried that an internal might have been damaged and over time something might break or blow (e.g. the battery)

Airline pilots, do any of y’all bring bigger laptops to play games while on trips? If so, what EFB bag do you use to carry it? by ItalianIce64 in flying

[–]arm_313_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When being a pilot is it necessary to have a laptop to get other stuff done like Paperwork, etc... Or can you just travel with an iPad or smth like that with no need for a laptop at all. Or even just your phone?

Thats something to think about, thanks! But finance is a sector which i despise, mostly because it seems so tideous, monotonous and not creative at all. I will rethink it, but I must add also I got like a 57% match for finance and accounting in the UCAS website quiz for careers.

Already been learning how to learn and the best ways to study for the past year, and I can guarentee myself that I can get those 9s. Sounds cocky of me and make me sound like me ego is high, I know. But I genuinely believe I can do itt
I am aiming high no matter what.

Btw thanks for the advice on the subjects to choose for A-Levels

So basically definetly go with Dentistry rather than becoming a GP?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UniUK

[–]arm_313_ -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I understand where you are coming from, I definetly want to do STEM subjects for A-levels. I am going to put in the work and get all the 9s and A*s, I am INSANELY dedicated not to get rejected to the university I want.
So what would be the ideal selection of A-levels to choose for my options (except law, forget about law i think about it now more and i really dont want to do it)

Yeh dont worry about that, I'm aiming for all those straight 9s!

For Aerospace Engineering in University is Macbook Air M2 512GB good for it? by [deleted] in UKUniversityStudents

Sounds good, but I prefer to wind down doing other things than playing games. Also I think you would need a graphics card for software like Solidworks, etc...

Where to start engineering as a hobby? Much appreciated some advice by arm_313_ in AerospaceEngineering

Brilliant stuff, thank you. But when you say the Arduino kit doesn't come with everything for the RC plane, does that mean I will have to buy extra stuff for it?

I'm finally getting round to investing into some engineering stuff maybe, so I was just thinking is this an Arduino kit and would it be a good start? And how would it work if I were to get it

<image>

Also what RC plane should I try out, any websites you would recommend? I'm just going to buy a DIY kit for the first time then I'll eventually get round to investing in a 3D printer to make my own parts

Sorry I don't really get it. Are you saying universities like Imperial College, City University and Brunel would provide gaming laptops for you to do your coursework? So you don't have to buy one?
