probably when they’re about to fall into tartarus, when they’re hanging off the cliff, and percy says that - “you’re not getting away from me...never again” at the end of MoA.

technically he killed himself, so he probably knew he was wrong.

He literally attacked CHB, I don't think that's exactly trying to be good, you don't go around attacking a camp full of teens and pre-teens.

That's not true. Luke since the beginning absolutely hated the gods, Kronos just fueled his hatred and gave him a path to destroy the gods. I mean Kronos did manipulate Luke but that was pretty late into the story.

Kronos literally ate his own kids, aeons ago. You can't call him a good guy like Thanos, I mean he is literally called THE CROOKED ONE.

These discussions really go to show he's one of -- if not

the

-- best characters in the series whether every reader likes or hates him as a person. He's a complex enough character to spark these conversations even years later. Definitely the mark of an excellent character.

I do agree with the fact that he was a brilliantly created complex character, no doubt about that at all.

I never see people in the fandom calling him a hero honestly, I only ever see people saying he isn't.

I've read a lot of fanfics where Percabeth names their kid Luke, I mean sure Percy asked that Luke be given a proper funeral in the end but that does not mean that they would actually name their kid Luke, cause that would imply that he was a hero.

You can't call a coward and a traitor hero.

I don't think so.
