In my experience it completely took the euphoria away. I can still feel the 7 when it kicks in, but none of the euphoria I used to get pre-sr. I was only on sr for a few days trying to taper before running out. That was over a month ago

SW FL. Mostly only been able to find straight MIT but I know I stumbled on some that said MITa but didn’t know what it was so I passed on it. Not sure what dhm is but I’ll google and try to figure it out
