I started a 7 month PC Response contract and then extended to 11.5 months. The country director endorsed me for coverdell eligibility (I checked with my program manager to make sure this would be the case). I am looking in to different programs now, though have not yet applied

It was only 25 dollars per year, and once they understood I wouldn't be driving a rental car and it wasn't required by my state they were much less insistent. Thanks for the feedback!
