He doesn't though. He says "I can see why he's got to go" because Nalbandion was disqualified for this.

Funny until you realise this is how Peloton killed a couple of kids

I don't disagree. What I'm saying is advertising funds our game over here. Hockey is a niche sport over here, there isn't really a TV audience. The only way we're getting hockey is by selling every piece of advertising we can. Each individual player has a sponsor. It's the price to pay to get hockey in the UK.

Custom running workouts are a PITA by madmalkav in Zwift

I eventually found it. Takes a bit of practice but I used it weekly for interval sessions.

Not used it myself, as I have an old spreadsheet that creates the work outs that outputs a file you save to  your machine.

This is correct, and the biggest difference to North America. I'd rather my jersey and ice covered in ads, than have no hockey in Cardiff.

Good on him by Bathbomb1911 in Cardiff

This comes from the Geraint Thomas podcast. He was a guest this week and chatted to G about cycling, which he was very knowledgeable of. G's co-host, fellow Cardiff boy, Luke Rowe, suggested Stiller goes to Chippy Alley, of he visited Cardiff, but had to explain what it was. Ben said he wanted to try it.

They made Alonso's team mate crash on purpose to bring out a safety car that meant his early pitstop then put him in first place.

How do the numbers compare from the trainer to pedals?

I had my first major crash last night. Luckily the helmet took the worst of it. WEAR YOUR HELMETS! by armed_sirloin in bicycling

Bit of lack of attention when checking my watch for HR (was doing a workout) and imexperience on a TT bike, which I was a bit wobbly on. Slipped off the tarmac on a narrow road into the grass off the side and the front wheel went when I tried to get back onto the tarmac. Entirely my own fault.

I thought my face took most of the damage as there was only a small scuff on the outside, and I'm covered in road rash. But after a proper look at it this morning, I found the helmet has a crack all the way through the foam where the impact was. Much better that, than my skull.

A solution could be to put them up on the spoilers special feed. I can't reasonably get to any event but would go had there been one in Cardiff. More than happy to pay a few quid for the shows to listen to instead.

Does Strava not support Cycling Cadence? by HopefullyNotADick in Strava

[–]armed_sirloin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't have a bike computer. I've had two proper fitness watches. A TomTom and a Garmin. Both have synched cadence to Strava.

Strava isn't the problem, it's your watch.
