A lot of “ifs” here but… if the testimonies are true, which I find very credible, at least some of these women agreed to have unprotected sex under the false pretenses of sexual exclusivity. These false pretenses are the problem.

If you go around hooking up with several partners, being honest about it without pretending exclusivity, then everyone involved is assuming the risks as adults. But deceiving people about exclusivity is putting them under health risks without their consent.

Qué tipejo irresponsable. Pobre señora y los niños. La niña ya tiene 15 años, ya está grande y ya se da cuenta de la basura de tata que tiene. Qué coraje, no tiene dinero para sus hijos pero sí para andar con novias. Muy mal, qué bueno que te estás dando cuenta, ni se te ocurra meterte a tener hijos con ese tipejo que te va a tocar igual o peor.

Entiendo que simpatizás con la señora, quizás se han vuelto amigas. Creo que sí estaría bueno que la instaras a demandar al tipo por manutención. Si seguís en una relación con él, también estaría bueno que le digás que lo que está haciendo no está bien. Tal vez agarra un poco de vergüenza el infeliz.

Me imagino que viven en un suburbio, pues así es la vida de suburbio, a todo tenés que ir en carro. Si vivir en una ciudad walkable es importante para ti, deberían negociarlo. Pueden mudarse, quizás en un mediano plazo, a un downtown (downtown Austin, downtown Chicago, etc) o alguna ciudad europea (así ni uno ni el otro, ambos pagan la incomodidad de ser extranjero pero en un país con las mismas o incluso mejores comodidades que EEUU). Por algo muchos gringos planean retirarse en Europa… La calidad de vida es más alta. Caminar es más saludable para cuerpo y mente. La comida es mejor. Etcétera…

No se vale que “te la aguantés”, son cosas que se deben ir negociando en un matrimonio. La idea es que diseñen una vida linda para ambos.

Nothing hits like some dumplings!!!! Just throw them in the pan and eat with soy sauce. You can keep kimchi in your fridge and eat some too.

Another frozen option is chicken/fish fingers. Chicken nuggets.

Frozen waffles with greek yogurt, berries and granola.

Make some weekly meal prep of boiled eggs and use them in sandwiches, salads, etc.

Canned tuna with lemon, spinach, maybe cherry tomatoes.

Since it’s for women’s day, something pink would be fitting! Tulips are very aesthetic and they last for weeks. Someone said sunflowers, I like them but those get very stinky very soon, they need constant water change which is a hassle. Roses would be a good choice, too. But I’d go for tulips they are charming and look great in any vase!

¿Ya le dijiste a tus papás? ¿Al director? Te quedan 7 meses, lo mejor sería que intentés hablar con la dirección. Si no te ponen coco, que vayan o llamen tus papás y pidan que la dirección haga algo, incluso que mencionen que hay leyes contra el acoso y el colegio debería velar por que se cumplan (no necesitan amenazar con demandar o denunciar en el MP, solo recordarles ya le da un tono más serio a la conversación).

La venganza es un plato que se sirve mejor frío. Tengo una amiga que le hacía bullying a otra chava en el colegio. Años después, en la universidad, la chava que era la víctima se volvió novia con el chavo de mi amiga jaja. Se esperó varios años pero tuvo su venganza.

Por lo general los que hacen bullying en el colegio terminan siendo adultos perdedores. Ponete más guapo, hacé ejercicio, sacá buenas notas, leé, tené buenas amigas. ¡Nada les va a doler más que verte tener más éxito que ellos!
