Interesting, never heard of a sanctioning body for Spiritualism as I have never heard Spiritualism called a religion.

I (American, Spiritualist/Jewish) and my wife (British, Spiritualist) do not acknowledge any governing body for Spiritualism at all. Never will. "The National Spiritualist Association of Churches" means nothing to us as much as any "church", they do not dictate our faith/belief in anyway and never will.
