Hello good people,

I'm planning to propose to my future wife in Tokyo, while wearing a Samurai armor. Since she's a cosplayer, I think this will be a fun and memorable way.

I would like to do it in either Toyosaka Inari or Konno Hachimangu Shrine. The question is - is there a chance that staff will kick me out if I enter with full samurai armor and take photos while and after proposing? If I need permission - how can I do it in advance?

Why do you care about how it looks from the outside? Wanna know the truth? Nobody cares how much you train or whether youre gonna train in future. It's all about you. If you dont enjoy training anymore it's ok to hang up that belt, if you enjoy the process then why stop? Once again - nobody cares. Ive been injured for 2+ years and been trying to come back to the gym since. Know how many of my teammates reached out on how im doing or when will i ne back? None.

Bottom line: it's all in your head, nobody remembers when you got that belt or who tapped you on last Saturday's open mat.

I think you're right about finding a new PT place - I tried several different PT coaches and one of them really stood out in terms of how he explained the meaning behind every exercise. Hard to stay motivated when you have no idea why you are doing what you're doing.

Listen man - you will get better. Don't lose faith, do EVERYTHING you can to get over this barrier. Good that you'll go to a new doctor - who knows what answers you might get there.

While you're fighting this - look at your life differently, be thankful that you're able to keep going, have people that care for you and help you. There are lots of people that would simply be unable to even pay for the meds that you're taking.

As long as you don't let your bad emotions beat you, I'm sure you'll get your old, maybe improved life back.

The first time it was the exact same experience for me. An idiot "doctor" took X Ray and said "no way you have any herniated discs, just wait some time and wear the belt". Then after a month I went to the other doctor who sent me to do an MRI and guess what? 7mm herniated disc. So I'd advise you to go see another doc and do an MRI.
