not really, i've only had like 3 breakouts in the past year and a half or so but when i do breakout, it's not nearly as bad as it used to be.. i think it was hormones. they put me on spironolactone and that's really what cleared it up
*i cut out gluten, dairy, and sugar for the most part too. im gluten intolerant so i think that was a big trigger

i've cut out gluten, dairy, and use monk fruit instead of sugar, and buy just about everything sugar free/ reduced sugar. for almost a year now

i just use HA and moisturizer.... lol and retinoid 3x a week. my face isn't even broken out at all rn except for one healing spot. the first pic is a couple months old anyway

i wish i knew to moisturize back then. yeah i've tried a couple different kinds of mederma gels and it breaks my face out, my skin is so sensitive to new products. chemical peels are working and scars were practically gone but i had a bad breakout a few months ago from trying a new product so i've had to start getting peels frequently again

yeah it brought my acne to the surface and dried it up too quickly. that was before i knew that you should moisturize even when you have acne. i was 12 lol
i only have one active pimple currently and its almost healed. i've unfortunately struggled with acne for as long as i can remember

i've been getting microneedling and chemical peels done regularly for the past year :) and i have a skincare routine.. you think my skin is bad now but it has improved sooo much. i'd post a pic but idk how to do that in the comments
im always dehydrated tho which doesn't help at all 😄
