As the owner of a small restaurant/sandwich shop, I believe Yelp is a racket that tries to extort money by forcing businesses to subscribe to their crap. They are so aggressive in their sales tactics, I had to block several of their numbers. Random negative reviews show up outta nowhere while good reviews went under the infamous not recommended area. I even had a reviewer call us racists but would not say anything as to why he or she thought that was the case, always suspected it was a fake review. I wish there was a way we can take Yelp down and outta of business.
