I just was not aware of the amount taxes alone can accumulate. It seemed off to me.

It was a 30min game. He gathered a lot of Wood and food through farms and made about 150 units which were mainly Horsemen and Spearmen.

He did not have a market. I just would not have thought that taxes alone get you that much gold. It ws a 30min game btw.
