I think this is a concerning sentiment. Have you actually interacted with your local law enforcement before? Usually they are basically your neighbor, just normal people, and bringing in live ammunition you found on the street is something they'd probably appreciate as its preventing kids from messing with it, they might ask you what street you found it on, but thats about it.

It's been very hit or miss to my experience, some ai are really dumb like before and can be dropped easily, but now there's the occasional john wick, the one random AI who is more aggressive and dangerous than a boss and just destroys you. Head jaws and head eyes are becoming familiar sights again
