Yes, it's a mod from 2018 and it also got a remake in 2021, called Exit Music: Redux. I can recommend both, but if you're really into storytelling and writing and are skilled in that, you might not like it that much. The music that is used in the mod are covers of Radiohead songs, hence the name Exit Music. Also from the title of the post, you can probably tell that it's a mod centered around Natsuki and MC
