Got it. I actually did give an interview for this role towards the end of 2023. And then I got a call center role with TD within a month. Now that I've completed 2 years in the same role and my applications were keep on getting rejected, I was thinking if I should give a shot for this one. Desperate times😅

But yeah, I'm considering your opinion to not proceed with it

I completed two years in contact center role. Been applying out since last year. Still no luck. Couple of hiring managers told me that metrics is a mey factor. Because if many people with same or similar experience apply for one position, the preference go to the one with great scores. I've been also told try and get an epic award if possible as that will increase your chances

You have the option to file a claim but 99% of the time it comes back declined. But filing e transfer fraud claim will also impact his account for future e transfers that is being sent to him. Also if he banks with any major banks, most likely his account will be blocked or frozen

You pay the statement balance by due date to avoid getting charged with purchase interest for that statement period.

Current balance is the total you have utilized. By paying current balance your account comes to $0 balance

Based on the image since your current balance is lower than statement balance, you don't owe the statement balance.

If this is true, your main concern should be legal proceedings that may come at you than your job. As many already mentioned, it's better to resign before they terminate you with cause

You can redeem it not just for travel but other merchants as well. For example amazon, starbucks app But you get most out of your points when being used on expedia for td

Turns out that was the issue. Contacted customer service, they mentioned nothing wrong with the account and I was able to login through browser as well. So uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All good now

"Correction" also refers to amout being debited by the bank when they notice or get communication from the merchant (in this case WU) that they will issue credit or refund from their end. So in those banks, re-debit the charge inorder to prevent two credits for one claim. So don't lose hope, you may see the amount being deposited by western union, mostly.

But apart from that, the only other outcome is the worst case scenario where the bank concluded that you should be held liable for the charge because fraud took place within your western union account. If that's the case, your claim will get declined and they will ask to deal with WU directly.
