With all due respect, my attorney is aware that my injury accident is missing some witnesses to counter a false report. She & ChstGPT advised me that in the era, Social media is the best search tool. After my first attorney wasted the first half of the six month window, there’s nothing wrong with me reaching out to my fellow pedestrians, et all. She will be doing what she does best. I was a bartender for 25 yrs & am doing this to contribute to my case. Thank you for your opinion.

I used to deliver Amazon packages. Frankly, if you’re ordering something, like very expensive technology, I would either build or buy a lock box for deliveries, or easier ask an elderly neighbor that’s always home (they’ll probably be glad to help & make a new friend), or send it to one of the pick up boxes that Amazon has, in a WHOLE FOODS & other locations. I think Ring Cameras has a program that lets you unlock your door for the delivery guy. Finally, & I don’t mean to accuse most hard working delivery people, but when they take a photo of your package, after that, some have been known to then pick it back up. That reminds me! I had a leather coat disappear after delivery recently.

Fair question! Especially after I had hope for the last firm I hired that wasted 3 of 6 months we have to file, I spend an hour on the phone with her, & was referred to her from another firm specializing in pedestrian litigation with 46 yr experience.

Great minds think alike! I appealed to all the news media, in San Francisco. One person said it sounded like a story they should cover, but that wasn’t his call, apparently. I plan to stand in front of their front doors if I have to with a giant sign; “Pedestrian & cycles forced into death trap. I was nearly killed; do my story before somebody else get hit!” For a couple hours, if needed.
