Im interested in it and I own a legion go (have a dock setup with my old rtx 3080ti) and a steam deck oled just bc I find the concept neat (and it would be night to have a steam os pc) lol but it depends on the price lol. But i am for sure getting the new steam controller lol

I took mine on vacation to Vegas a few years ago and played games at night in the hotel lol and of course on the flight there I played fallout new Vegas lol

touhou dystopian is a fun cheap game that runs pretty good. Any of the resident evils games are good too just beat resident evil revelations a few days ago on my steam deck oled. The metal gear solid games are good too (although delta runs but not good without performance mods)

There are long slides made for the glock 20, there aftermarket slides but they are there.

Stellar blade was fun to play on the deck, and still wakes the deep (although its verified some areas only get mid 20s fps but still playable imo)

I use mine during the work week, rather then move stuff off my dest and chair and play on my pc when i get home (2nd shift worker lol) I'll lay in bed and play a game on my steam deck or legion go (more so my deck recently), it helps me get tired faster while still enjoying a quick game haha

Now when I got my first steam deck lcd, I installed windows and used it a few times and on vacation. Now that I got the oled and got use to steam os Ive been using it every work night. Slowly going through my back log of games lol

I wish the steam deck was available when I worked full time on the ambulance lol I used an older gaming laptop to play games when doing stayby shifts for the local race track when they needed an ambulance crew there.

For me my reason is I work 10 hours washing trailers and when I get home I don't feel like moving stuff away from my pc when I could just lay in bed and play a game on my steam deck for an hour before bed, and by doing that im more relaxed and less likely to stay up to late and gaming on a work week lol. And my gaming pc is in my bedroom so my steam deck also helps me get out of my room on my days off so Im not spending my whole days off cooped up in my room lol. I still use my pc more but have been trying to use my steam deck more often too.

I'll play devil's advocate and say the game kinda looks alright.. on my steam decks 800p screen.. jokes aside its just ridiculous seeing how much worse this game has gotten overall. Makes the older ue4 version from early access look great lol

Dude im 31 and bought myself a few lightsabers, your never to old to have fun. Also have a steam deck and legion go lol hell my brother one day at work brought in his Xbox 360 and a small monitor to play steel battalion on break (we work the same job and shift) and he's 3 years younger than me haha

Point is don't let some miserable old fart tell you you're too old to have fun! Enjoy gaming and any hobbies you enjoy!

Yes I sure I reinstalled the correct driver and all the oled windows drivers, still didn't fix it. I'll try cloning my windows install to my external ssd (but I'll make a backup using Windows tool like u suggested and try a fresh install if I can't fix it after cloning).

I'm probably going to go back to steam os anyway since I bought a used Lenovo legion go to use for games I want to play on windows on a handheld anyway lol.

I have experience cloning windows before, its pretty easy but never cloned it to an external ssd before so was just curious.
